While you are walking with your baby in a stroller take advantage of this one-on-one time to communicate with your little one. As the two of you face each other your baby is looking, listening and learning from you. Seeing you smile and talking about what you are seeing together on your walk is a great alternative to your child watching you, distracted, talking or texting on your phone.

That is right on, Sue and it also helps in developing the brain in the early years. We used to have baby equipment where the baby faced the Mom or Dad, etc.
